The former INFORMATICA Fair was held in PABEXPO, the fairgrounds of Havana's International Conference Center, from may 23rd - 27th, 2000. The impact of telecommunications on society and its increasing convergence with informatics right at the beginning of a new millenium was evidenced. Foreign participation increased as compared to previous events.
