PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS
Application form

Firms wishing to participate in the Fair should complete and return the enclosed Participation Contract form to the International Conference Center's representative agencies or directly to PABEXPO, at least 30 days prior to the opening of the Fair. Confirmation will be subject to availability of space.
To make the space reservation official and to guarantee the firm is allocated space in a pavilion, it should pay 50% of the rented space at the time of the application. The remaining 50% of the rented space and the services under contract will be paid 20 days before the opening of the Fair.
Exhibitors shall read the General Regulations of the Fair, complete all the data requested in the form, including a diagram of the stand. Otherwise, the Organizing Committee will not be responsible of the failure to meet any of the requirements of the applicant. All changes in the distribution of panels or any other elements concerning the assembling of stands will become an extra charge depending on their complexity and the timing before the opening of the Fair.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to make changes in the allocation of spaces if deemed necessary.
